Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order on WellnessBetter.com. If a cancellation request is made after 2 hours, a $6.99 cancellation fee will apply.
Please email us at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com within 2 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.
Bulk Orders & Cancellations
Orders totaling $300 or more are considered bulk orders. Once confirmed, bulk orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours.

Only shipping costs may be refunded in rare cases.

This policy also applies to special item orders requested by customers that are not regularly listed on our site.
Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date. Please email inquiry@wellnessbetter.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any item.
General Conditions for Returns:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns without RA# or proper documentation (invoice, reason for return) will be refused.

Returns are subject to a 25% to 50% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges.

Damaged, opened, or used items will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
We only accept returns of quantities up to 12 units. Larger returns are treated as bulk and are subject to the Bulk Order Policy above.

Return Timeframes & Refund Percentages:

0–10 days after delivery: 100% refund (excluding shipping and payment processing fees)

11–20 days after delivery: 75% refund

21–30 days after delivery: 50% refund

Beyond 30 days: Returns are not accepted
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item was:

Damaged during shipping: Keep the original packaging and contact the carrier. Notify us immediately.

Defective: Send us photos and a description to inquiry@wellnessbetter.com. We will replace it if found to be defective.

Incorrectly shipped: Send us photos and details. We will replace it upon verification.
All claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be filed within 30 days of shipment.
Delivery Refusals & Incorrect Address
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a $10 re-routing fee may be applied.
Please double-check your address details, including suite or apartment numbers, to avoid delays and fees.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

For credit/debit cards: allow 2–3 weeks from return receipt for the credit to reflect.

For check/money order payments: allow 2–3 weeks for mailed refund processing.
