Order Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com with your order number.
  • Please note: Once an order has been processed and ready to ship, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it following our standard return process below.

Bulk Orders
Orders totaling $300 or more are considered bulk orders and require additional processing time.

  • Bulk orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Bulk orders cancelled after 4 hours but before shipping will incur a 15% processing fee due to inventory allocation and preparation costs
  • Once shipped, bulk orders follow our standard return policy

Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first: Email inquiry@wellnessbetter.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
  2. Receive authorization: We'll provide you with:
    • Return Authorization Number (RA#)
    • Return shipping instructions
    • Return address
  3. Ship your return:
    • Package items securely in original packaging when possible
    • Include your RA# and original packing slip
    • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error or the item was defective)
  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 15 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (when possible)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Refund Details

What You'll Receive

For returns in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus applicable fees if any.

Fees that apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error or the item was defective)
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error or the item was defective)
  • Restocking fee: 25% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Other payment methods: 7-10 business days after we process your return

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.


Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns in the following situations:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items that show signs of use or wear.
  • Returns made without prior authorization (no RA#)

No restocking fee applies to:

  • Defective items
  • Items we shipped incorrectly
  • Damaged items
  • Returns made within 30 days with RA# and in original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sexual wellness products.
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable items or products with expiration dates within 30 days of purchase.
  • Opened supplements or vitamins (unless defective)
  • Medical equipment that has been used (unless defective)
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Special order items not regularly stocked (custom orders)

Electronics and toys: Can be returned if unopened and in original packaging within 30 days.

Food products: Can be returned if unopened, undamaged, and not past expiration date.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.

What to Do

  1. Contact us immediately at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com
  2. Provide photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We Will:

  • Replace the item at no charge to you (including shipping)
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Send you a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items
  • Waive the 25% restocking fee
  • Refund original shipping charges

Important: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be filed within 7 days of delivery to qualify for free replacement or return shipping.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because:

  • You refused delivery
  • Incorrect address was provided
  • Package was unclaimed at delivery location

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for:

  • New shipping charges to resend the package.
  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
  • 25% restocking fee if you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping.

To avoid this: Please double-check your shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers, before completing your order.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.


International Returns

International customers: We accept returns from international orders within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • 25% restocking fee applies
  • Contact us first at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com for return authorization and instructions

Important: If you refuse or abandon a shipment due to customs fees or import taxes, we cannot issue a refund, as the package will be destroyed by customs or returned to us with significant fees.


Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com

We will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Work to resolve the issue
  • Replace or refund your order if the package cannot be located

Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier if the address provided was correct.


Order Issues

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will:

  • Send you the correct item at no charge
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
  • Waive the restocking fee
  • Process this immediately upon notification

Missing Items from Order

If items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com
  • We will verify the order and ship missing items at no charge
