Tax & Shipping Rates
Hishi Ecom LLC., D/B/A wellnessbetter.com, is required to charge sales tax on nonprescription orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York, the location of our corporate warehouse headquarters. The tax rate applied to your order will match the current rate at the location of our corporate warehouse headquarters. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different from your local rate. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining 49 states, including US Territory and APO/FPO addresses, may be subject to sales tax.
Tax Jurisdiction
Our sales tax software system may automatically calculate sales taxes on shipments into New York, New Jersey, Washington, California, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Indiana. In rare cases where tax was not calculated at the time of order due to technical errors, we will send you a separate tax invoice. We encourage all customers who are entitled to sales tax exemption to email, mail, or fax valid sales tax exemption certificates to us as soon as possible.
All order billing information and shipping information must contain valid email addresses and postal addresses.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after order placement.
Once shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days delivery
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days delivery
Total delivery time from order to your door:
- Standard delivery: 4-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-5 business days
Please note: Our shipping cutoff time is 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses and Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may vary and typically take longer than standard continental US deliveries.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We deliver merchandise through UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on your shipping location, the carrier may vary. Items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments.
Most orders include tracking information. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view tracking by logging into your account and clicking "My Orders."
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your selected shipping method. The more items in your cart, the more cost-effective your shipping becomes.
Free Shipping
All orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping to the continental United States, provided the total order weight (products + packaging) is under 20 lbs.
If your order exceeds 20 lbs, additional shipping charges will apply, even if the order value is above $59.
Restrictions:
- Free shipping does not apply to oversized items, hazardous materials, or international orders
- Coupon codes cannot be combined with free shipping promotions
Oversized & Heavy Items
Shipping carriers charge additional fees for packages over 20 lbs, hazardous materials, and oversized items. If your order includes products that incur these fees, we will contact you with the additional shipping cost for approval before processing your order.
Items requiring special handling will be clearly marked on their product pages and may ship separately from other items in your order.
Address Corrections
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to correct a shipping address after your order has shipped, our carriers charge us a $5 address correction fee, which we must pass along to you. To avoid this fee, please contact us immediately at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com if you notice an error in your order confirmation.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Bulk Orders & Cancellations
Orders over $300 are considered bulk orders.
- Bulk orders cancelled within 4 hours of placement: Full refund
- Bulk orders cancelled after 4 hours of placement: 15% cancellation fee will apply
Out of Stock Items
We maintain comprehensive inventory, but occasionally items may be out of stock at the time of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you with options for:
- Waiting for the item to be restocked.
- Remove the item and refund you that out-of-stock item amount and ship the rest of your order.
- Cancelling the entire order.
Note: We do not handle back orders. If an item is unavailable, we will not automatically ship it later without your approval.
International Shipping
We ship to Guam, other US territories, and internationally via our partnership with MyUS.com.
How MyUS.com Works
- Register at MyUS.com and receive a U.S. shipping address
- Use your MyUS.com address when ordering from wellnessbetter.com
- MyUS.com forwards your items to your international address
MyUS.com offers discounted international shipping rates to over 225 countries.
International Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items shipped internationally, for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and duties).
To initiate an international return:
- Contact us at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com for return authorization
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
- Include the original packing slip
- Items must be unused, unexpired, and in original packaging
Customs & Duties
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by their destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. When ordering internationally, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. If you refuse delivery or abandon a package due to customs fees, import taxes, or delivery surcharges, we cannot issue refunds or process returns.
International Shipping Restrictions
The following items cannot be shipped internationally: video games, toys and baby items, electronics, cameras, tools and hardware, kitchenware, housewares, sporting goods, outdoor equipment, and computers. Additionally, oversized and extremely heavy items require special permission and may incur substantial surcharges for international shipping.
Shipping Delays & Liability
- While we work diligently to ensure on-time delivery, we rely on third-party shipping carriers and cannot control external factors that may affect delivery schedules (weather, carrier delays, customs processing, etc.).
- We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, and overnight/express deliveries may occasionally take up to 3 business days due to carrier circumstances.
- If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us at inquiry@wellnessbetter.com and we will work with our carriers to resolve the issue.
