Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 caplets at bedtime. Do not take more than 2 caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
