Suggested Use
Adults and children 6 years and older: 2-3 sprays in each nostril every 10-12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 3 days. Tilt head slightly forward and insert nozzle into nostril. Spray while breathing in gently.
