Suggested Use
Shake well before use to mix the bi-phase formula. Apply to a cotton pad and gently press against closed eyelids for a few seconds to dissolve makeup. Gently wipe away makeup without rubbing or tugging. For waterproof mascara, hold cotton pad against lashes for 10-15 seconds before wiping. Use morning and evening as needed for makeup removal.
