Suggested Use
Sharpen liner to desired point using built-in sharpener. Starting at the center of the upper lip, draw along the natural lip line toward the corners. Repeat on lower lip. For fuller-looking lips, line slightly outside natural lip boundary. Fill in lips completely for longer-lasting lipstick wear.
