Suggested Use
Adults and children 12+: Take 2 LiquiCaps every 4 hours for DayQuil, every 6 hours for NyQuil. Do not exceed 4 doses per day of each product. Take with water. Do not crush or chew capsules. Use NyQuil only at bedtime due to drowsiness.
