Suggested Use

Heat 1 quart of milk to 180°F, then cool to 110°F. Dissolve one packet of starter in small amount of cooled milk, then mix into remaining milk. Incubate at 110°F for 4-8 hours until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate finished yogurt.
